e x a l a comes from the word “exhale”, the breath we release, that sacred pause where space is created for new energy and possibilities to emerge.

Through meditation, art, sound, and ritual, I design experiences to help you reconnect with yourself and the world around you.

Each offering is a heart-guided experience that nurtures harmony, creativity, and a sense of belonging.

Interconnectedness and Belonging

We are shaped by the lands that hold us, the cultures that formed us, and the ancestors who dreamed us forward. To remember this is to return to a more organic way of living, one guided by natural rhythms and reverence for life.

Love as Guiding Compass

Love is the orientation that allows us to be fully human, tender, and imperfect, so that healing can unfold gently and naturally. By nurturing the mind, fostering creativity, and using self-compassion as a guide, we can navigate life’s transitions with greater flow and devotion, finding ways to live more beautifully, playfully, and alive.

Reciprocity and Presence

Reciprocity as a form of collective flourishing, moving beyond extraction and toward participation, giving and receiving with more consciousness. Being in right relationship with our environment and participating more fully in our communities.

Hola!

Mi nombre es Deni Slehiman Aguilera. I’m an artist, ceremonialist, cultural and wellness practitioner. My work is rooted in deepening the human relationship between the earth, the spirit, and one another.

I use meditation, art, sound, and ritual as powerful tools to return back to love. Guiding people back into more harmony, presence, connection, and intimacy with themselves and their natural landscapes. Through care, intention, and creativity, I welcome space for lived experiences, holding our joys and our wounds with deeper awareness, allowing them to inform us on better ways to create, serve, and be.

I move through life finding ways to give voice to what lives within us, to transform inspiration into meaning, and to weave individual expression into collective belonging. By expanding our capacity for creation as a language that moves beyond words and allows us to share what is felt, imagined, and remembered.

“one thing is for sure, you are here.

and because you are here…

anything is possible.”
