For me, this work is a continuous unfolding. It is a celebration. A remembering. A return.

M Y S T O R Y

As a Mexican immigrant living between lands and experiencing impermanence from a very young age, I have come to know grief in many forms: the quiet ache of distance, the reshaping of identity, the longing for home. In that in-between space, I began to understand that home is not only a place, but a relationship, one we cultivate patiently and lovingly.

Through meditation, art, sound, and ritual, I create experiences that invite us back into intimacy with our own grounds, while gently reminding us that we are not meant to walk this road alone. Through intentional gatherings and ceremonies, I guide experiences that nurture belonging within ourselves, with each other, and with the natural world, building stronger foundations for our hearts to bloom more effortlessly.

My approach playfully weaves different modalities of healing arts, community care, and immersive journeys as pathways for deeper presence, creativity, reciprocity, and connection. Rooted in my Mexican heritage and traditions and shaped by years of study of Amazonian ceremonial teachings, my practice honors the interconnectedness between the earth and our well-being, with profound respect for the cultural and spiritual dimensions that invite greater consciousness in our ways of living.

With clarity, ethical grounding, and understanding of the systems that govern and often constrain us. I am committed to practices that are not only heartfelt but informed by research, recognizing both lived wisdom and thoughtful study. Bridging intuition with discernment for the protection of what is natural, vulnerable, and often unseen.

I embrace love tenderly as a continuous practice, one held with humility, integrity, and deep listening. I draw from ancestral wisdom and adapt it thoughtfully within evolving cultural landscapes, honoring where we come from while tending to who we are becoming. RETURNING to the joy, the sacredness, and the innocence that lives within all beings, caring for all that is tender, ancestral, and alive.

“El corazón como brújula.”
